Mirastar and CDP have appointed Savills and B8 Real Estate to market Widnes 400, a 393,000 sq ft industrial unit being built in Widnes, Cheshire.
The property, which is being developed on a speculative basis, is one of the area’s largest developments of its type and will include 17,000 sq ft of offices, 15m eaves, and 42 loading doors.
The site is near the Mersey Gateway linking Runcorn with Widnes, and is close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Garston Docks in Speke.
