Two new tenants have signed up for space at Mirastar’s flagship development, Catalyst Business Park, in Sheffield.
Octopus Energy has agreed a deal for 91,923 sq ft at the scheme, while Solus – owned by Aviva – has taken a 22,448 sq ft facility.
Both firms will join existing occupiers Cosentino and JLA Group at the site, which fronts Sheffield Parkway.
Cosentino has relocated to a 33,608 sq ft facility, while JLA Group has branched out to occupy a 109,166 sq sq ft unit, with both lettings revealed by React News last year.
One unit spanning 28,309 sq ft remains available at Catalyst, which has achieved an EPC A rating and BREEAM Very Good certification. All units are fitted with PIR-controlled LED lighting and a rooftop solar photovoltaic system.
