Julien Chevrier named Head of Finance for Mirastar’s pan-European platform and Joffrey Houdoux joins as Head of Mirastar France
Mirastar, KKR Real Estate’s industrial and logistics platform in Europe, has announced the opening of its office in Paris. The Mirastar team in France will be led by Joffrey Houdoux, with Julien Chevrier, Head of Finance at Mirastar, also based in the Paris office. Both Joffrey and Julien are seasoned real estate professionals in the French market, having previously held senior positions at Etche France.
Mirastar France will manage a portfolio of prime logistics assets on behalf of KKR’s Core+ real estate investment strategy and will serve as part of the integrated pan-European platform supporting KKR with its industrial and logistics real estate investments. Management of the KKR portfolio, which includes approximately 195,000 square metres of high-quality logistics space, will be transferred to Mirastar France upon receipt of customary approvals. During their tenure at Etche France, Joffrey and Julien worked closely with KKR, establishing a strong and trusted partnership that now continues under the Mirastar platform.

Julien Chevrier has been appointed Head of Finance for Mirastar’s pan-European platform, having served as Consultant CFO since September 2025, and will be based in the Paris office. Joffrey Houdoux joins as Head of Mirastar France and will be responsible for overseeing sourcing and portfolio management activity for the French market.
