Mirastar enjoys Dutch leasing extravaganza

Mirastar has secured 110,064 sq m of lettings across its Dutch portfolio, React News can reveal.

It has now leased 86% of its 127,400 sq m portfolio, which comprises eight units across three projects. The deals, which have an average tenure of nine years, added around €8m of annual income to the KKR-backed developer and asset manager’s portfolio, with the projects having been committed to in 2020.

Its 48,476 sq m project in Bleiwijk, which was delivered alongside Impact Developments, was 50% prelet to Dutch logistics firm Fox Global, with the remainder now leased to Dynalogic, a specialist e-commerce logistics provider owned by BPost, the Belgian Postal Service.

Mirastar’s 44,500 sq m project in Roosendaal, which was delivered alongside BVR, was part prelet with JCL Logistics having committed to 10,000 sq m. Berlin Packaging has subsequently taken 27,000 sq m.

Finally, at Schipol Trade Park in Amsterdam, where Mirastar is working alongside Minerva, the 34,438 sq m A4S4 logistics facility reached practical completion last month. Half of the space has been leased to logistics provider and supply chain consultant Van der Helm Next, while two units totalling 17,344 sq m remain available. Read more…
