Commitment to Carbon Reduction

As part of our broader ESG strategy, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, in accordance with independent assessments such as CRREM. We create energy efficient properties and then further reduce emissions by investing in renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind power systems. We also promote data sharing with our customers, to facilitate the identification and implementation of key decarbonisation measures which benefit all parties.

Path to Sustainable Development

We prioritise long-term environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable building practices, energy-efficient solutions and innovative technologies into every project. We are committed to developing industrial and logistics spaces that meet the highest environmental standards by optimising energy performance and water conservation, minimising waste and reducing operational emissions. We are increasingly focused on embodied carbon. We are working on initiatives to reduce the embodied carbon across our development and refurbishment pipeline.

Creating Sustainable, Future-Ready Assets

We continuously strive to enhance the sustainability features of our assets, leveraging data and new technology. Initiatives include implementing smart energy management systems, EV charging facilities and sustainable landscaping practices to promote biodiversity. This leads to improved operational efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint, and also contributes to creating more resilient communities.
