Ekaterina leads the Mirastar platform with a strong reputation as a Pan-European industry expert, regularly sharing her insights at panels and in logistics publications.
She co-founded Delin Properties in 2011, initially serving as Head of Investments and later advancing to Managing Director. In this role, she transformed Delin Properties into a fully integrated, Pan-European logistics development and asset management platform. Under her leadership, third-party investment was secured through three mandates, enabling the development pipeline and growing assets under management from €400 million to over €1.3 billion in under three years.
Earlier in her career, Ekaterina gained valuable experience in ING Real Estate’s team in the Netherlands and with GVA in Moscow.
Seb joined Mirastar in 2022 and is responsible for standing investments, funding deals, and developments across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.
Previously, Seb worked for AtlasEdge Data Centres where he was involved in the financial due diligence, analysis and structuring of transactions. He began his career at Liberty Global, holding roles across real estate and infrastructure investments, corporate debt issuance and hedging, and commercial finance. Seb graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Economics and Mathematics and is an ACMA chartered management accountant.
Boris joined Mirastar in 2023 and is responsible for the financial management and reporting of the joint venture real estate platform.
Previously, Boris worked for PwC New Zealand providing assurance services to listed property vehicles, banks and boutique investment management firms. He graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Bernard is an analyst in the Investment team at Mirastar, where he works across standing investments, funding deals and developments across the platform. Bernard joined Mirastar in 2024.
Prior to joining Mirastar, Bernard gained experience at Cabot Properties on their investment team covering logistics value-add opportunities across the Netherlands, UK and Germany. Before this, he gained experience at a Dutch residential, office and retail investor.
He holds a BA in Business Administration from Erasmus and a MSc in Finance from Hult Business School.
Kris joined Mirastar in 2021 and is responsible for leading its development team.
Kris manages Mirastar’s direct development and development funding projects across the platform and has extensive involvement in Mirastars acquisitions and disposals strategies. Kris’ role sees him drive value creation through the delivery of the platform’s ESG strategies. Kris is an experienced real estate professional with extensive experience in the industrial & logistics real estate market.
Prior to joining Mirastar, Kris was an Associate Director within the Savills project management business, where he delivered and monitored development projects. Kris began his career at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2012.
Having joined Mirastar in 2021, Robert leads on all UK Leasing and Asset Management matters across all investments and developments. He has over 12 years direct industrial and logistics property asset management experience, acquired across various UK submarkets.
Prior to Mirastar, Robert was part of the original team created by M7 to manage Blackstone’s Mileway portfolio. Transferring to Mileway at its inception in October 2019, Robert was solely responsible for a portfolio of assets totalling 3m sq ft. Before M7 and Mileway, Robert worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Julien joined Mirastar in 2025 as a Consultant CFO, bringing his extensive background in corporate finance and leadership.
Prior to that, Julien joined Etche in 2023 as CFO before being appointed CEO. He brings strong expertise in corporate finance, with 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions at Deloitte and Lincoln International. He spent almost 5 years at the Duval Group, where he served as Deputy Director responsible for third-party asset management. In this role, he oversaw the development, management, and promotion of property investment funds on behalf of institutional investors and family offices, while also acting as Deputy to the Managing Director of Patrimoine et Commerce.
Julien holds a Double MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC.
Emily joined Mirastar in 2025 as a Team Assistant and is responsible for managing the wider team’s diaries, event management, and travel coordination.
Prior to this, Emily worked as a PA and Recruitment Manager for a sales and marketing company in Melbourne, Australia, where she lived for the last three years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Newcastle University.
Aaron joined Mirastar’s investment team in 2019 and is responsible for standing investments, funding deals, and developments across the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, the Nordics, and Germany.
Previously, Aaron worked with several PERE funds at State Street Global Investors including Sator, NBIM, CBRE and L&G. He’s a Chartered Accountant and holds two master’s degrees: one in Business from UCL and another in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School.
Joseph works on leasing and asset management activities across the UK portfolio.
Before joining Mirastar in 2022, Joseph worked as an Asset Manager at The Arch Company, a joint venture between Telereal Trillium & Blackstone Property Partners. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester and a master’s degree from Henley Business School.
Alexander joined Mirastar in 2024 and is responsible for new acquisitions, deal sourcing, and supporting asset management and leasing activities throughout Germany. He has a broad network and a deep understanding of the German market, developed over his 15 years in the industry and through numerous transactions totaling up to € 2.5 billion.
Previously, Alexander held senior roles at Nuveen, where he was responsible for the acquisition of logistics assets in the German market, and at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he oversaw acquisitions and buy-side services across all major asset classes. He holds an MBA in Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt, is a certified Real Estate Economist from IREBS, and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Jonathan joined Mirastar at its inception in 2019 and is responsible for ensuring the commercial and operational performance of all assets under management and developments across all of our markets. He also leads the ESG activities of the platform.
Previously, Jonathan worked at Delin Properties from 2015 as part of the transformation of the business from a family office to a multi-client fund manager. Before Delin, Jonathan worked at Ashtenne Industrial Fund, Warner Estate plc, Maybrook Properties plc and Mapeley.
Jonathan is a well-known and respected pan-European asset management leader, with over 25 years of UK and pan-European industrial and logistics property experience, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998.
Victor joined Mirastar in 2024 and is responsible for driving our Nordic asset management and leasing activities, as well as deal sourcing throughout the region. He has a wide background in the real estate business with a focus on involvement in the I&L segment.
Previously, Victor led the overall property management business at CBRE Sweden, with responsibility for client relationships and implementing ESG strategies and platforms.
Julia joined Mirastar in 2025 as part of the Asset Management team, assisting across the UK portfolio.
Prior to Mirastar Julia worked at Workman in commercial property management where she gained valuable experience managing a diverse range of assets, with a particular focus on the industrial sector. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2019 and went on to complete her master’s degree in 2024. In the same year, she qualified as a chartered surveyor.
Jesal is an Analyst at Mirastar working across standing investments, funding deals and developments across Europe. Prior to joining Mirastar Jesal was an Analyst at Evercore in the Real Estate Capital Advisory team where he focused on fundraising and secondaries advisory on behalf of real estate sponsors. Previously Jesal worked at Proprium Capital Partners, focusing on special situations investments in real estate operating companies. Jesal holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath.
Guy joined Mirastar in 2022 and is responsible for standing investment, funding, development and portfolio transactions across Europe.
Previously, Guy worked at SEGRO for five years in the European investment & strategy team which included over £500m transactions. He also developed strategies across industrial & logistics, life sciences and data centres. His experience includes roles in asset management, development and valuation. Before SEGRO, Guy earned a First-Class BSc degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He’s a Chartered Surveyor and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
Joffrey joined Mirastar in 2026 and is responsible for new acquisitions, deal sourcing, as well as asset management and leasing activities in France.
Previously, Joffrey was Head of Acquisition at Etche, a French logistics platform owned by KKR. Before that, he held senior positions at Barings and Constructa (a French operating partner), where he oversaw acquisition and asset management activities across all major asset classes.
Joffrey holds two master’s degrees: one in Tax Law from Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University, and the second in Real Estate Finance from Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Paula joined Mirastar in 2024 and is responsible for ESG DD in new acquisitions, and decarbonisation initiatives in standing assets. She has a strong focus on tenant engagement and works on co-delivering sustainability initiatives with tenants.
Previously, Paula worked in Logicor’s ESG team where she gained pan-European experience. There, she was involved in on-site renewable energy projects, data analysis, ESG budget allocation and social value initiatives. Paula holds an MEng in Chemical and Energy Engineering, and an MSc in Environmental Engineering.
Chris joined Mirastar in 2024 and is responsible for standing investments, funding deals, and developments across Europe.
Previously, Chris was part of DHL’s Real Estate Solutions team, focusing on acquisitions, development, and portfolio management of European supply chain assets. Before that, he worked at Katch Investment Group and Bridge33 Capital. Chris holds a BA in History from Yale University, where he was a member of the Yale Men’s Varsity Swim Team, and an MLitt in Management from the University of St Andrews.
Chloe joined Mirastar in 2025 and is responsible for managing executive diaries, coordinating logistics, and overseeing daily office operations to ensure seamless alignment with company policies.
Previously, Chloe supported the Residential Business at Knight Frank and gained communications experience at the Local Government Association. Her early career began at 10 Downing Street, where she completed a Business Administration NVQ.
Clarissa joined Mirastar in 2023 and is responsible for financial reporting for the company’s UK and European assets.
Previously, Clarissa was an Assistant Financial Controller at Hines UK, working across their industrial, office, residential and retail asset classes. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
Having joined the development team in November 2021, Ryan’s role is to manage developments, refurbishments and forward funding projects. Ryan has 18 years’ experience in the UK industrial and logistics sector in all aspects of development including demolition, new build, occupier led fit-outs, refurbishments and extensions.
Before joining Mirastar, Ryan worked in Lysander’s project management team for 15 years, delivering large scale projects for developer clients and end users across the industrial and logistics sector. Ryan received a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management from London Southbank University.
Joanna joined Mirastar in 2022 and is responsible for managing our Corporate Finance function across the UK and European subsidiaries. She focuses on strategic business partnering, treasury management, and management accounting & reporting. She also oversees group operations, HR and compliance.
Previously, Joanna worked as a member of the Financial Control team at The National Savings and Investments (NS&I). She’s a Chartered Accountant (ACCA), having graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Anze joined Mirastar in 2024 and is responsible for portfolio management including monitoring the implementation of opportunistic, value-add, core+ and core real estate investment strategies. He also leads investment reporting, valuation, and other portfolio-related matters.
With over 10 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge in driving real estate investment and fund performance, in-depth analysis of complex real estate assets, valuation and asset management. Previously, Anze worked as a Portfolio Manager at Tristan Capital, overseeing investments valued at over €15 billion, and managing the portfolio analysis, valuation and ESG teams. Anze is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a master’s degree in international finance from HEC Paris.
