Bram has overall responsibility for the Benelux office and is specialized in logistics and industrial. He is a well-known and respected investment specialist with over 20 years of European industrial and logistics experience.
Previously, Bram worked at Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment for 12 years within the investment team. He was responsible for logistics and industrial acquisitions, serving in-house as well as third-party clients to set up and grow their portfolio.
Before joining Edmond de Rothschild, Bram worked at Goodman (GELF) when they first established themselves in Europe and was responsible for the management of their Dutch portfolio in excess of €400m.
