Guy Heilpern
Senior Analyst
Guy is a Senior Analyst in the Investment Team at Mirastar and is involved in investment, funding and development transactions, focusing on Northern Europe.
He worked at SEGRO Plc for four years, most recently in the Investment & Strategy Team, covering the UK and European portfolios. His experience includes underwriting and managing transactions and devising portfolio strategies.
Before SEGRO, Guy earned a First-Class BSc degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an Investment Management Certificate.
