Jonathan Gardner

Jonathan is responsible for ensuring the commercial and operational performance of all assets under management and development across all of our markets and also leads the ESG activities of the platform. He is a well-known and respected pan-European asset management leader with over 25 years of UK and pan-European industrial and logistics property experience, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997.

Previously, Jonathan worked at Delin Properties from 2015 as part of the transformation of the business from a family office to a multi-client fund manager. Before Delin, Jonathan worked at Ashtenne Industrial Fund, Warner Estate and Mapeley.
