Robert Brophy

Robert is responsible for leasing and asset management matters for all investments and developments on the UK platform. He has over 8 years direct industrial and logistics property asset management experience, acquired across various UK submarkets.

Prior to Mirastar, Robert worked at M7 Real Estate and was part of the original team created by M7 to manage Blackstone’s Mileway portfolio, which is now Europe’s largest provider of multi-let industrial and last mile logistics property. Transferring to Mileway at its inception in October 2019, Robert was solely responsible for a portfolio of assets totalling 3m sq ft and achieved an occupancy rate of 95%. Before M7 and Mileway, Robert worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
