Anthony Butler

Anthony is responsible for overseeing investment and development transactions and building client relationships. He is a recognised leader within the global real estate industry and has strong connections with the institutional world.
Anthony was previously CIO of Delin Properties where he managed transactions and was responsible for developing the third-party fund management business. He went to Delin from Generali (AUM €25bn), where he was Global Head of Transactions and the Indirect Business. Before that, he created and led TIAA’s European business and grew its AUM to €3.5bn, after which it merged with TIAA’s Nuveen (TH Real Estate).
